• Care close to home from in-network providers in Oregon, Washington and Idaho ― which include OHSU, Legacy, Adventist hospitals and many more
• No referrals for in-network specialist visits
• Alternative care with a NEW massage benefit ($10 copay with in-network licensed massage therapist)
• Composite (tooth colored) fillings are now covered for all teeth

Access care statewide without referrals!

Our NEW Synergy Network now covers all of Oregon. It includes all existing Synergy providers, plus those who were in the Summit Network. Starting Jan. 1, 2020, instead of choosing a medical home, you will need to will choose a PCP 360.

What is a PCP 360?

A PCP 360 is a high-quality primary care provider who delivers full-circle care, including:

• 24/7 medical advice by phone
• Preventive, short-term and long-term care
• Hospital coordination
• Ongoing health education
• Wellness support
• Opportunities for you to evaluate their services
